The Charlie Chaplin is one of our sweetest and most popular cocktails, originally served in the 1920s at The Waldorf Astoria. We use locally foraged sloe gin by Badvo alongside apricot brandy and citrus. Perhaps it can transport you and us back to indulgent evenings at Ballintaggart Farm.
