Our stunning newly renovated Farmhouse can sleep up to 14 guests (10 adults and 4 children), whilst The Steading can accommodate an additional 4 guests. Secluded amongst the serene hillside, Ballintaggart Farm is the perfect place for a unique self catering escape. A further two bedrooms are available together in nearby East End Cottage, offering a more intimate stay.

Check-in at East End Cottage begins at 3:00 PM. We kindly ask that guests complete their check-out by 11:00 AM to allow time for housekeeping.
If you’ve any questions pre-check-in or at arrival, our reception teams are available 9am-5pm 7 days a week at the nearby Grandtully Hotel.
East End Cottage offers an intimate, self-contained getaway for up to four people, characterised by its homely charm, bright colours, and thoughtful details - such as its cosy open fire.
It provides a self-catering experience with the luxury feel and the kind of attention to detail that’s associated with Ballintaggart. You are of course welcome to come and enjoy a meal and/or drinks at our nearby The Grandtully Hotel, situated a short 5 minute drive away.
The cottage comfortably sleeps four guests and features two king-sized bedrooms. It has a convenient upstairs loo and a main downstairs bathroom. We can also happily provide cots and z-beds on request.
Yes, East End Cottage is dog-friendly, welcoming a maximum of two well-behaved pets for an additional cleaning fee of £50.
East End Cottage is situated just outside of Logierait, which is a 10-15 minute drive from both Aberfeldy and Pitlochry. This makes it the perfect spot for exploring the towns and landscapes of Highland Perthshire.
The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen and small dining table for preparing your own meals for up to four guests, along with a cozy living room complete with an open fire and wood burner.
A thoughtful welcome hamper is provided for all guests, and restaurant-quality ready meals are also available for pre-order, which can be waiting for you upon arrival.
On arrival you will find our welcome hamper, which contains fresh bread, granola, jams, bacon, yoghurt, eggs and a welcome bake.
East End Cottage is extremely close to our other sites, located just 0.3 miles from Ballintaggart Farm, which is only about a seven-minute walk away.
Our sister hotel, The Grandtully Hotel, is also a short five-minute drive away.
Yes, complimentary free parking is available for guests staying at East End Cottage, with a designated space opposite the property. You will also have access to our complementary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay.
Absolutely! The Grandtully Hotel, our sister property, is only a short drive away and offers delicious dining options in its award winning restaurant and bar.
We recommend booking your table in advance to guarantee a spot, as well as booking a taxi in advance if you don’t have a designated driver.
Of course, we love for guests to take part in the dining experiences we host at The Farm.
Guests can join our weekly Slow Sunday lunches, or our monthly Feast Nights. The Cottage also makes a good base for staying nearby to our cooking classes.
The cottage offers a perfect base for exploring Perthshire, with plenty of walking trails and outdoor activities right on your doorstep. We would recommend exploring the ancient douglas fir trees of The Hermitage, as well as going to the shores of Loch Tay in Kenmore.

Your welcome hamper should contain enough for you to start your stay, but for any other supplies the Ballintaggart Farm shop is open 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, offering a selection of fresh produce and Ballintaggart favourites.
Otherwise the nearest shop is the Strathtay village shop, or Aberfeldy’s selection of shops - including our own pantry shop.
