Your stay includes: Winter Welcome Hamper with Ballintaggart bread, preserves, local cheese & luxury hot chocolate. Free sauna session for up to four guests and late checkout at 12:30pm

Three Course Dinner
This winter, make the Farmhouse your own. For stays between 1st November 2025 and March 31st 2026, all Farmhouse guests can enjoy an exclusive seasonal three-course dinner for ten, served in the heart of the Farmhouse. Ballintaggart Farm
Nestled in the hills of the Tay Valley, Ballintaggart Farm is a home from home. With two self catering properties sleeping up to 18 guests, this is the perfect location for families, friends or a celebration. The Farmhouse can sleep up to 14 guests, and The Steading can sleep up to four guests. Located close to the village of Balnaguard, the Farm is a five minute drive to The Grandtully Hotel. All properties are dog friendly at Ballintaggart Farm.
East End Cottage
A beautiful little cottage, located in the heart of the Balnaguard village. With two bedrooms sleeping up to four guests, a lounge with log burner and cosy kitchen, this quaint cottage is ideal for quiet stays.
