Celebrate the start of Spring and the foraging season with wild garlic. After a short walk to forage responsibly for the wild garlic, you will spend the day in the kitchen creating vibrant recipes with our chefs. These recipes will showcase this amazing ingredient with creations such as wild garlic flat breads, pesto, aioli, soups and sensational Hake Kyiv
Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. You’ll enjoy a light lunch at the end of the masterclass, and there will be plenty of food to take home with you too.
