Enjoy large sharing bowls of delicious seasonal dishes from Scottish producers, and discover unique wines chosen to pair perfectly with your meal.

Our long dining table is the perfect place to share a night with friends and loved ones, and a wonderful opportunity to meet new people too, as you pass dishes along the table

MENU

To welcome 

Little Scottish muffins, potted shrimp, roasted mussel aioli, Great Glen venison salami, Perello olives, Cullisse rapeseed oil 

West Coast oysters, Ballintaggart hot sauce (£3 supplement)  

 

To start 

Citrus cured scallop ceviche, fennel, cucumber, blood orange 

West Coast mussels, Thai broth, coriander 

Cabbage, sunflower seeds, tahini 

 

To follow 

Rosemary and garlic roasted coley, lemongrass bisque, bronze fennel 

 

Served with sharing bowls of: 

New potatoes, tarragon, mustard aioli 

Slow braised endive, grapefruit, pickled shallots 

Tenderstem broccoli, anchovy, Isle of Mull  

 

Cheese 

Clava brie, rose harissa, toasted fruit bread 

 

To finish 

Baked vanilla cheesecake, poached pear, dark chocolate
