Our Ingredient Series starts with the people who grow, catch and rear what we cook. Each day is built around one producer and their key produce. You'll learn where it comes from, how to choose the best of it and how to cook it properly. Our chefs and our guest producer will take you from the raw ingredient to the plate.


Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. Your indulgent late lunch will include the food you've prepared throughout the class and there will be plenty to take home with you too.
