12pm - 3pm half day masterclass at Ballintaggart Farm
Perfect for cold Winter days this class will equip you with hearty and healthy soup recipes packed with flavour including Asian inspired soups, Ballintaggart minestrone, and how to create the perfect bone broth. Our chefs will focus on the importance of knife skills, vegetable prep, building flavours, and the benefits of homemade stock.
Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. You’ll enjoy a light lunch at the end of the masterclass, and there will be plenty of food to take home with you too.
