The humble pie. Nothing is simpler or more heartwarming than a golden crusted and promisingly filled pie. Learn the tips and techniques to make pastry from sweet puff to hot water crust and decadent fillings. As well as how to get the perfect crispy bottom every time.
Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. You’ll enjoy a light lunch at the end of the masterclass, and there will be plenty of food to take home with you too.
