Full day masterclass 12-5pm at Ballintaggart Farm.

Reduce meat and animal products in your daily cooking and celebrate plant based recipes. This class covers a number of vegetable led recipes and cooking techniques such as pickling, salt baking, roasting and smoking. These recipes will showcase how plant based cooking can be both interesting, healthy and incredibly versatile.

Ballintaggart masterclasses are packed with expert tips and hands on experience and include all ingredients, class notes, recipes and a kitchen goody bag. Your indulgent late lunch will include the food you've prepared throughout the class and there will be plenty to take home with you too.
