Ballintaggart is easily accessible by car. We are 1 hour 30 minutes from both Glasgow and Edinburgh.
From the south take the A9 north of Perth and after passing Dunkeld take a left turn onto the B898 signposted for Dalguise, Kinnaird and Balnaguard. Follow this road for 7 miles. On leaving the village of Balnaguard, Ballintaggart is the first driveway on the left, clearly signposted. If you reach our neighbours at Sketewan Farm or Grandtully, you have gone too far!
From the north leave the A9 at Ballinluig and follow the A827 towards Aberfeldy. After 3.5 miles, at a T junction, turn left on the B898 signposted Balnaguard and Dalguise. Follow this road for a mile, passing Sketewan Farm on the left hand side. The entrance to Ballintaggart is after this on the right hand side and is clearly signposted. If you reach the village of Balnaguard you have gone too far!
Pitlochry (10 miles) has a railway station on the main Inverness to London line and is served by the Caledonian sleeper service. Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness airports are all easily accessible. On request, we can arrange for airport and station pick ups and transfers.
