There is a minimum two night stay for Friday and Saturday check-ins.
Full payment for your stay will be taken on booking. In the event of cancellation by you within 28 days of your booking, or non-attendance without notice, you will be charged in full if we are unable to re-let the room. If we are able to re-let the room we will refund the amount back to you, less a £15 cancellation fee. There will be no charge for cancellations made 28 days or more from the scheduled arrival date.
For single-person occupancy we discount the displayed tariffs by £25.00 per night per room.
Children aged 14 years and over are welcome at Ballintaggart, (provided they take their own room). Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate children under 14 years of age.
Check-in is from 3pm on the scheduled date of arrival and check-out is by 11am on the date of departure. Late check-outs may be permitted, subject to prior agreement at the discretion of Ballingtaggart. Please do let us know if you plan to arrive after 7pm. Failure to check-in by 7pm on the scheduled arrival date, without advanced notice, will be treated as a cancellation and the room may be reallocated without further notice. Failure to check-out by 11am on the scheduled date of departure, without prior agreement of Ballintaggart, will incur an additional charge of £25. Please have your booking confirmation e-mail available when checking in.
Free parking is available for guests. All vehicles are parked at guests' own risk and we are unable to accept any liability for any loss from or damage to vehicles, including their contents.
Complimentary afternoon tea is served each day from 4pm until 6pm.
Guests may make use of Ballintaggart’s complimentary wi-fi for reasonable and appropriate purposes, subject always to access and downloads being lawful, proportionate and not excessive. Wi-fi passwords are available at check in.
Ballintaggart is a non-smoking establishment.
We regret we cannot accommodate any pets with the exception of assistance dogs.
All property in guest rooms, including waffle robes, remains the property of Ballingtaggart.
Guests are politely asked to remain respectful to other guests, staff and property.
We are unable to accept liability for any loss or damage to guest property.
Gift Vouchers are for use only in relation to accommodation and dinner, feast nights and cookery classes at Ballintaggart Farm.
Accommodation, meals or special events must be booked in advance and the voucher number quoted at the time of booking.
Gift Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced.
Gift Vouchers must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. No photocopies or photographs will be accepted.
Cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled date of the experience or non-attendance without notice will render the Gift Voucher null & void without further liability on the part of Ballintaggart Farm.
Vouchers must be used within 12 months of purchase, after which period they will expire without any right to refund.
Ballintaggart Farm reserves the right to make reasonable changes to terms and conditions relating to Gift Vouchers and their use from time to time.
What we collect
We may collect the following information: Your name, Contact information including email address, demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests, other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.
