A unique and personal welcome awaits.

Both bedrooms are in the converted steading (farm buildings) separate to the farmhouse. They are filled with rustic luxury, homely charm and individual touches. Each room benefits from a large, comfortable bed, crisp white 200TC Egyptian cotton sheets, feather and down pillows and duvets (non allergenic also available – please let us know at time of reservation) and beautifully sourced accessories from local interiors shop Homer. You’ll also find a wall mounted flat screen TV, complimentary WiFi access, hairdryer, Nespresso machine and kettle. Luxury towels, plush bathmat, waffle bathrobes, heated towel rails and toiletries from The Highland Soap Company make the bathroom the perfect place to relax after a busy day. All guests are free to explore the paths through the wild flower meadows and have complimentary use of the tennis court.

Room tariffs are per room, per night for bed and breakfast for a maximum of two people sharing per room and also include afternoon tea.

After a day in the Highlands, we welcome you back to Ballintaggart, where you will find the kettle on, the fires lit, and delicious home baking served with tea, coffee and homemade lemonade between 4 and 6.
